COVID-19 Update

Order Processing: Like everyone else, we take our safety and the safety of our customers very seriously. For that reason, we have implemented a number of added precautionary measures with strict hand sanitising routine, social distancing and protective equipment used as required when packing your orders.

Deliveries: Australia Post is currently experiencing delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. This applies for both domestic (including express shipping) and international deliveries. Some international orders may be significantly delayed in transit or even redirected. We have no control in the matter and cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your parcel in due time.

Returns: Due to COVID-19 and to ensure the safety of our staff, change of mind returns will not be accepted at this time. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope that you will understand our decision. Faulty or damaged items will be exchanged or refunded as per usual. It is extremely important that we all remain safe and see it through to the end of the pandemic. So let’s continue to do the right thing and keep well!

Shipping

 How much do you charge for shipping & handling? 

Our shipping fees are weight based and automatically calculated at the checkout (Australia Post rates). This means that the cost of shipping will depend on the weight of your order rather than a flat fee. We have chosen this option to ensure that your shipping cost remains as low as possible.

Australia wide shipping is free for all orders above $90.

When will my orders ship? 

After payment is verified, orders are typically processed and shipped within 48hrs via Australia Post. All orders are sent from Ballarat, Victoria (Australia).

Domestic orders:

Standard shipping typically takes 2-6 business days to arrive after dispatch.

Express shipping typically takes 1-3 business days to arrive after dispatch.

International orders:

How can I track my order?

Once fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email notifying you of your order dispatch and tracking number.

How can I pay for my order?

Anyway you want! We have credit card, debit card, PayPal and AfterPay available at the checkout for your convenience.

How do I use my discount code?

Simply add the discount code at checkout to redeem your discount. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you are experiencing any difficulties.  

How many codes can I use in one order?

You can only use one discount code at the time. Better check which one gives you a better deal!

Returns & Refunds

 

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will not be able to make any changes. Orders are typically processed within 48hrs of purchase so chop chop, let us know quickly!

I've changed my mind, can I return my product?

We’d prefer that you give our product a try! However, we will accept returns of unused products within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us via the website. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging for a refund to be processed.

Returns are only available for Australian customers (sorry!). Shipping fee will not be refunded and you will need to cover the cost of shipping for your returned goods.  

I've received a damaged item, what do I do? 

Don’t panic, we’ve got you! While we guarantee best quality for all our products, we understand that a lot can happen between dispatch and delivery. Please submit an enquiry via our contact us page to let us know the issue and we help you sort it out. We will require a picture or video of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery in order to proceed with an exchange or refund.

Product Quality & Packaging Policy

Are your products durable?

You bet they are! Our products are made from premium quality materials and designed to be loved, washed and reused over time. They will certainly make your minimal waste journey worthwhile!

Why silicone? Isn't it plastic?

Nope, it’s not! We have worked hard to source premium quality 100% food grade silicone (no plastic) that is FDA approved and BPA free. That means no harmful chemicals released in our bodies and the environment.

The silicone we used is sand derived, heat resistant and can be used under extreme temperatures such as your microwave, oven, sous vide, freezer and dishwasher. Curious? Give our silicone products a try!

What type of packaging do you use? 

We use very little packaging. Although, we know that it feels quite exciting to receive a beautifully packaged parcel, we care too much about our planet to engage in unnecessary waste. For that reason, we have partnered with companies specialised in sustainable and eco-friendly packaging such as noissue tissue paper and Hero Packaging compostable mailers.

We are also part of the Eco Packaging Alliance meaning that we are contributing to the fight against global deforestation by having a tree planted in areas in need for every order we make.
